After placing it at the door, I knocked and run. can hear that Ryan's dog bark very loudly. Also got lost at his area but found my way. haha xD
KNOCK AND RUN MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!

Kenneth

HAHA SEXYYYYYYY! :P
This is Kenneth from E8, serving in Photography and Usher, studying in Simei ITE in his second year now. He is currently in our church's AMT(A) as I type this, and he's in for a big surprise when it's over. :)
I am so proud of him, and this entry is about how proud I am of him. LOL! After all that he has been through in his past, being looked down on in his family and outcasted in school just because he seemed too playful and immature of his age, which is what many people would call "weird".
Kenneth had a hard time gaining acceptance and favour from others even when he came to church. BUT God is faithful. As Kenneth was always faithful and humble towards God and his pastors and leaders, he has always welcomed discipleship and correction even at times when he doesn't feel like it, especially when he was going through some hard times with his family. Kenneth never fails to step back and evaluate himself from every experience he has!
Thus, God sees Kenneth's attitude. Even while he's on attachment now which takes up a lot of his time for church, it didn't take up his hunger for more of God in his life. Aside from just coming for services every week, he would read books and listen to sermons from CHC website and other pastors like Joel Osteen. Although he isn't progressing as much in his ministries right as of now, he is definitely growing tremendously in God while He is moulding and changing his character for the better!
The real test came when last weekend, he received an SMS that he has been selected to go for AMT(A)! He came to me with mixed feelings of excitement and stress. He was quite anxious about how he had to take leave for two days from his work, while he had three projects at hand and an unreasonable boss. However, he came up with a solution: OT on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday to complete the projects as much as possible, so that when he takes leave on both Thursday and Friday for AMT(A), neither his boss nor his colleagues have much to say about taking leave for church stuff! I'm really happy to say that he has done that and is now at AMT(A)!
I believe God will use him more mightily more than in church, but in his family and his school, to be a great testimony so that people will know how good God is! I see Kenneth one day being a great leader in church, both in ops and pastoral side. Weird? Not anymore. :)

Purpose
Thank you for the long wait and sorry for the inconvenience caused! Here are some of the pictures of the cake fight! HAHA! xD
More pics up on FB! And Hian is one year older now. xP
We all grow up and grow old. We all go through the process of life... Graduate, get a job, start earning money, get married, earn more money, have kids, have more kids, earn more and more money, retire, enjoy the remaining days of our lives, have some more kids (grandchildren, what WERE you thinking...), write your will and when it's time to leave the world...
How interesting can life get, right? Pastor How preached a sermon about how each and every one of our lives have a unique purpose. He gave this illustration:
These Africans start queueing up very early in the day, then when they reach to get the food, they will eat immediately while walking and go back to the end of the queue, because by the time they reach the food again a second round, it's already time for the next meal.
This is like life in Singapore! Don't you agree! HAHA! Maybe not food, but more high tech when it comes in the form of GIRO. Every month you're like in the 'queue' of working working working and sometimes OT-ing, and when you reach the end of the month, "PLOCK!" and you get your ricebowl. After that, you go back to the start of the month of working working working again as you progress in the queue...
Is this life? Some people say no choice, this IS life. Well there is a greater purpose you can live for in life. YOU have a greater purpose in your life, not the same as his or hers, but uniquely made and set apart for you. Yes, we all do life together, but each and every one of us has a reason of why we're living on this earth!
Honestly, look around you... Isn't it sad that every single thing around you has a purpose, yet we don't? What's your purpose? If you still don't know, it's time to find out! :)

RED RAIN 2009
Red Rain was as blast!! It was the best Red Rain concert ever compared to the previous years. This year was the best! The lights, plasmas, cameras and everything that worked to get the concert going. It was awesome! And what was more, there was the anointing of God when they played, even all the new songs. My favourite is one that I don't even know the title! But the chorus and bridge goes like this:
We all fall down
We all know how it feels like to drown
We all fall down
But we don't have to stay on the ground
I won't give up on you
No I won't give up on you
When you're angry and blue
And often confused
No I won't give up on you
We had a great time with many new friends joining us too! Got to know people like Minghui, Sky, Sherman, Yanjia, Qiuyi and Rondaaa (see I didn't miss you out this time) !! Really went crazy and had a good time!
Let's take a look at the pictures! xD
And finally! Ending the day happy :)
More pictures (especially UNGLAM ones) are on Facebook! You're all tagged there! Unless we don't have your contact... or you removed your own tag for any reason! Haha! Hmmph!
Let's hang out again soon! On erm... Someone's birthday! Wonder who! HAHA! Till then, will update more!
